Lindsay doesn’t think she should have to spend Christmas with her parents and sister. She’s too cool for that. Her selfishness is apparent when she declares she’s spending Christmas day on a ski trip with school. Two days before Christmas, she takes a trip to the mall to do some last minute shopping and to make fun of Santa. To her surprise, Santa enlists her to help make him over into a modern version worthy of Mrs. Claus. He’s so happy when she agrees, that he brings her on his delivery run Christmas Eve. When they get to her house, Santa has her deliver presents to her own family. When she arrives, arms loaded, she finds out what Christmas really means.
