Michelle is currently starring in two television series: co-starring with Adam Beach in the comedy series Moose TV, and reprising her role as Trish in third season of Paradise Falls (Showcase/ Here Network U.S.A.). Other credits include: This Is Wonderland, Resident Evil: Apocalypse, and Puppets Who Kill. Michelle was recently nominated for the prestigious Don Haig Award (2008) for her contributions as an emerging filmmaker. She has been featured as a "Humanitarian and Artist to Watch" on APTN’s 7th Generation.

Trish dated Officer Ben Santos for about a year, which was ten months past the point where she should’ve dumped him. Sure, Ben was nice to her, but he was never able to get past her…well…past. She moved out of Ben’s home and found space in a rooming house. Truth be told, she doesn’t spend much time there. One, because the place is a rat hole; two, she rarely has the money for the rent; and three, when the landlord catches up with her, she usually has to pay him off "in trade."

She seems destined to fall in love with people whom she knows she can’t have. Whether she is dating married men, or fly-by-night women, or judgmental cops, she has such low self-esteem, she doesn’t feel she deserves anyone who could actually like her. In the last two years, she has become decidedly more fatalistic. In the past, despite her bravado and intentionally confrontational appearance, she always held out hope that happiness was possible.
